Our origins are in retail store development, not in the building trades or shop fitting industry. Our key shop fitting staff have all worked as store development managers for leading retailers before joining us. We understand the needs of retailers. We can help with planning applications and property acquisition. Dilapidation and maintenance & repair services are also part of the service package.

We follow a structured yet flexible process with all our projects. This involves clear project planning and accurate costing, designed to deliver fast track results and the most effective retail environment for the products and services involved. We have experience of designing retail environments in listed buildings where the client needs may have to be balanced with the requirements of the local authority and heritage organisations. This requires sympathetic expertise to ensure all needs are met. Our shop refurbishment process ensures minimum disruption to the client’s business, with as much of the construction work as possible being completed off site. Our ‘on-site’ teams will demonstrate a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, able to take the right initiatives to bring the job in on-time and on-budget.
