About ICM Maintenance & Repairs

We have a dedicated facilities management team providing a fast, responsive maintenance and repairs service on both a local and national basis, for plumbing & heating, electrical, joinery, decoration, tiling & flooring and general building work.

Our facilities management call centre is based at our head office near Stratford on Avon (5 minutes from the M40), and is open to receive calls from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, a maintenance coordinator is contactable via a direct mobile phone number dedicated to the individual client. We expect to be on-site to assess the works within 2 hours of registration of the initial call. Immediate steps are taken to coordinate any other trades to complete repairs and /or scheduled works. Each client is assigned an account manager to ensure there is a personal contact to discuss and action any operational issues and to develop the closest working relationship possible.

Service Packages

Break/fix Service – from dripping tap to hole in roof repairs, based on agreed call out rate for the first hour, and rate for each subsequent hour plus materials.

Small Works – attending to the interior and exterior upkeep and repair of the client’s premises, including a full dilapidation service incorporating surveys of the premises if required.

Preventative Maintenance Programme – bespoke service tailored to the requirements of individual clients.
